This happened in the middle of the day. First the woman at this mapco would not honor the coupon on the Smart Card that says ALL MAPCO in middle TN would charge ANY size fountain drinks or coffee 75 cents. She claimed NONE of the MAPCO would. But, that's a TOTAL lie since I have been to a few that honored the deal.
But it was just a drink so I did not make a fuss. I got the medium drink which was the one she was willing to give for 75 cents. But then she tried to charge me for TWO of the drinks! Without asking if I got two or seeing me with two. She just charged it. When I questioned her why the price was over $1.50 - she beligerently and abruptly replied "well you got to add in taxes". Then I asked her why taxes was as much as the price of the drink itself. That's when she said "well you got TWO didn't you?" When I said "no" and showed her the only drink I got - she became very rude as she mumbled bad words while she took off the extra charge. She also gave me this evil look - it gave me the chills.
She tried every trick in the books to cheat us out of our money.
The woman was about 40, but looks old and wrinkly, with curly blonde hair.
