Texas Auto loves to sell Lemons and not fix them! Rip off

I am a single mother of two kids, and on tax time I took my money to all kinds of dealerships to find a good car for me and my kids (especially since I work in Irving). I came upon this dealership, when I talked to the dealer, he "fed" me a line of how they "take good care of their customers". I believed him.

After taking the car for a test drive whitch he only allowed me to go up the street and back. The car seemed to run fine. I only expected to pay what we originally talked about on a down payment. When he told me what the payments were going to be, I just about walked out. We finally agreed on a decent payment. On the way home after purchasing the vehicle, the "check engine light" came on. I called the guy to se what we could do. He didn't offer to bring the car back to look/fix the vehicle. I took it to a shop and had them read what codes were throwing the Engine light. The diagnoses was the transmission. I notified the guy immediately. He then told me to take it back to him to have it looked at.

The company kept the vehicle for almost a week and would not give me a "rental" to get back and forth from work. When he called me to let me know (a week later) that my vehicle was ready for me to pick up, he told me there was nothing wrong with the vehicle (even though the check engine light is on) and there is nothing he can do for me. He was very rude about the fact that this has cost him $250.00. On the way home that evening, the vehicle broke down on me (BUT THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH THE VEHICLE... As to what he says). I took the vehicle back in and he returned it two days later. He said they had to replace the fuel filter. Well on the way to work the next day, the transmission was making awful whining noises and was shifting hard. On the way home from work, not only did the vehicle act the same but everytime you take the vehicle out of park, it made this horrible grinding noise.

Finally, the company got bought out by another. When they called the customers to see how satisfied they were, I let them know the whole story. I even told them that when you lock the doors to the car and try to unlock them with the key, the car alarm goes off and the only way to turn it off is by disconnecting the battery. The new company said to bring the vehicle back to the man to have it fixed. Well, again I took the car into him which he has now had for over a week, when he finally called today he said again there was nothing wrong with the car (keep in mind that the check engine light is still on) and they are not going to even fix the car alarm. What a jerk!!!

Unless you want to be stuck paying for a car that you don't even have access to or the vehicle leaving you on the side of the road, don't buy from here!!
