We had requested a two month extension due to my husband being out of work for 9 months. We received a letter stating that our request for extension was accepted. What the letter didn't say was that it was only a one month extension. Our 1st payment was due December for the two month extension... But since it was a 1 month instead when we paid the December payment we were told we were now 1 month behind. They should have worked with us to resolve this.instead we get to talk to their collections department 3 or 4 times a day... And they are such a "lovely" group of people. We are tired of being harrassed. It was their error and they should work with us to resolve it.
