First let me say that I have used this particular company and location (spent literally thousands there) on many occasions prior to this one. They have since changed managment. I had my vehicle towed to their store at night and called them in the morning. I informed them that it was distinctly possible that I was out of gas, and I was aware the battery needed to be replaced. I requested that they put a few gallons of gas in and then try to start it by using jumpers. The man I was speaking to informed me they would do just as I asked and that if it didn't work they would have to do diagnostics (put it on the scope) - I said OK.
After about an hour I received a phone call back telling me that the car was out of gas and the battery was bad - the very thing I told them - and that they had to put it on the scope to make that determination. HELLO!!?? I am now paying $75.00 for ME to tell THEM what was wrong with my car.in other words all they did was repeat to me what I had already told them. Until now I didn't understand why everyone in this city I know questioned why I would ever take my car to a Purrfect Auto to begin with. I have in the past recommended several people to that location - I will now make sure I tell EVERYONE I know to NEVER use a Purrfect Auto at any location.
