There are many complaints regarding Purrfect Auto throughout the county. Why can't we have an investigation on this company? Many of us are told by the Corporate office of Purrfect Auto that we need to go after a particular manager or employee if we have a problem. This is bull!!! The employees, especially a manager of a company, represents the "Company". Why shouldn't the Corporate office be held responsible???
