I was looking for a driving school for my teenage son. I had been reseaching the prices for 6 monthes. Ace Driving school quoted me a price of $250.00 each time that I called.
When my son became "of age" to take the classes, I called to sign him up for this particular session, I had recieved a coupon for $20.00 off the session which should make the price 230.
Before mentioning the coupon, I asked the lady on the phone how much the classes were, She stated 250. I mentioned that I had a coupon for 20 off and she said that it would still be 250 because the price is 270 (then why did she just quote 250?)
When I asked why, I was told that the price has always been 270 and that I must be lying. The person on the phone was very rude and nasty. She wouldn 't listen to my questions and ultimatly hung up on me. Before she slammed the phone down, she called me a b*tch.
I called her back and asked why she hung up on me, She did it again! I called yet again to speak to a manager and was told that they aren't around. That I must know it all and not to bring my kid here. She hung up on me a 3rd time. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Sad to say, I took my drivers training through Ace and I wanted for my son to have the same positive experience that I did. Guess I misjudged that one
