My husband & I both recieved oil changes on March 6th. My husband had the tires on his truck rotated. The tech. Did not check the air pressure & when we picked up the truck we noticed the tires low. When I asked the manager why he did not check them or at least tell us the tires needed air he said we didn't ask him. I told him that no one had changed the sticker in the vechicle to tell us when it was time to change the oil again. His response was they were busy. I have called the main number to Tire Kingdom to complain. However, I have yet to recieve a call back. Don't shop at Tire Kingdom! They just don't care about customer service
