Well, the time is now 12:43am and the Repo people just left about an hour ago. Now the kicker of it all is I read the complaints listed on this website after I purchased the vehilce. I figured though that if my payments are made on time then it should be no big deal right?
WRONG! My payment WAS made on time and I have the bank statements to prove it since I paid it online over 5 days ago and it has even gone through on my account.
So naturally I called the Apache Junction Police and there reply was simple and to the point. "This isnt the first time we have had this issue with that company they do it all the time. But with the way the contract is written we can not do anything."
So my question is this if it is legal for them to repo my vehicle even though I made my payment on time. How is it not theft and whats to stop them from making a living out of taking peoples down payment and then taking the vehicle whenever the mood hits them?
I have never in my life been so caught off gaurd by such actions and total lack of regard for normal moral decency. I fully plan to pursue this issue further with my attorney, as well as the fact that I am also run the place the vehicle was taken from and some dmamage was done to the property which IS 100% there responsibility.
