Bill Heard Chevrolet, lied, munipulated, & deceived me

I was lied to, munipulated, and deceived not only once, but twice. First, when I purchased a van from Bill Heard Chevrolet in Union City, GA roughly a year ago. And then again today when my wife took the van in for warranty work. They charged me for brake fluid, and did not call to verify the charges through us first. I will not ever buy from Bill Heard, Chevrolet, or any GMC related products again for the rest of my life. I will also tell everyone I know to NOT buy from Bill Heard Chevrolet, or to buy any GMC product! It takes ten good comments to over ride one bad comment. Beware Consumers!!!
