I was given a quote by the branch manager shenetria moore at the
enterprise at 1009 n federal hwy boynton beach fl 33445. Phone #
(561) 375-8775 about the $19.99 weekend special unlimited miles
starting on friday 02/09.
I explained that i need on thurs 02-08 she explained that i would have to pay the regular rate of $ 27.00 for that day and $19.99 for friday, sat, sun & monday.
When i went to to office of course she had gone for the day. Another representative assist me i gave him my reservation
number he proceeded to look in the computer and states that she
has nothing of the sort in the computer.
That my total bill would be $202. Oo. And although she's the manager she all ways to wild things he say's to me. His name is robert holtz he proceeds to starting typing on his computer and say's let me see what i can do for you for your inconvience.
He say's i charge you 19.99 a day then he ask if i had insurance and i implied yes i do and i don't need additonal insurance he then says i'll throw it in for you for nothing that way you will be covered entirely. My total was $164.00 so i said that still seems a little expensive.
For a $19.99 car for 4 days. He made it seem like it was orginally $202. Oo and i brought it down to $164.00 for you. What he neglected to tell me is that he charged me $15.99 a day for insurance.
When i returned from my trip i had a confrotation with him in which he denied saying that luckily my sister was there with me and confirmed that he said that.
HE SAYS THAT HE WOULD LOOSE HIS JOB IF HE DID THAT. SO THE OUT COME WAS THAT MY FINAL BILL WAS $169.28 FOR 19.99 a day for 4 days with unlimited miles with tax you do the math. I called the office and asked for the corporate office address or phone number they claimed they did not have it.
