Took vehicle in to reputable brake shop for repairs on non-covered parts and we discovered severe leakage in master cylinder and power booster (covered parts). Tried to contact warranty center, but closed on holiday (1/17). I acknowledge that repairs are supposed to be done at Dodge dealer, but the reason for repair (non-covered) and nature and severity of the problem (covered parts and labor) required immediate attention.
"Service reps" that I talked to refused to allow me to speak to a manager to discuss a concession or appeals process. Lauren told me that "our managers do not speak with customers."
Upon transfer to the warranty cancellation dept, the rep said that the people I was previously dealing with don't know what they are doing. He then tranferred me to Joe, who refused to acknowledge the emergency and hung up on me.
This is my 3rd and last Chrysler purchase.
