Complaint / review text:
I had purchased a vehicle with USA Auto and besides the mechanical problems I had faced I loved the car and was completely satisfied with the company. Unfortunately they do not keep your loan and after a few months of on time and early payments I was handed the misfortune of being a customer with Red Mountain Funding. I soon learned there seemed to be no way to contact by phone getting an error message of "check the number and dial again" on multiple phone lines. This didn't work out as they like to berate their customers vocally and not through email. Every employee from the ground all the way to the GM Al Vendt are derogatory and juvenile in the way they treat customers. I had fallen into a bad time and luck kept getting worse. As i push my car after an hour and a half of working on it in the middle of a busy phoenix street to get it out of gear my phone flew out of the window and was ran over. I sent an email in regards to everything and their response was to tow the car. It has been almost a week and they still will not respond to my emails so I can at least pick up personal effects from the car and this has created many issues since now I have spent any monies I had left to try and find work without a car that was my only source of income. It has been made obvious through their communication that they waited till right before the holidays to have it towed out of spite. Extremely unprofessional and not a way to run a business. Out of everyone there I would like to thank Ciera as she was the only one who would help where she could and contact me the only ways possible.
