My name is Michelle, My Husband and I Purchased A 2000 540I BMW from USA Auto in Mesa 7/10/08. Red Mountion Funding became our Finance Company. We gave $6500.00 in Downpayment, We financed the balance with Red Mountain Funding, since that day we have been making our payments religously ever since until This Month November when we where tight on money and called Al of Red Mountain Fundng that we where going to be late with payment, we would pay on November 20, He said no problem, well on November 16 in the morning, we recieve a banging on our window, its Red Mountain Funding Repo man to tow away our car, to recieve our car back we would need to pay for two months payments plus additional charges for repo fees. Al said $1,100. Manager of Red Mountain Funding, Well my husband refused to give up car, so on 11/20/09 we called Red Mountain Funding to let them now that we would be paying our November and December payment, they refused to take payment and that we needed to Call Manager Al Monday to discuss about payment, we did and he refused to accept payment, saying that we have defaulted on our finance agreement.
On November 23, Repo men party of five cars try to run my husband off road and threatened husband, they now have our car and was told that we would never get it back. Payments to them of $ 15,000 to them and now we are walking. Its not so much the Money or car its the Principal of the situation, If we allow these thugs to lie and scam us out of our money and automoblies, how many more people are going to suffer as well, We are going to seek out a Lawyer and if you have been scammed by these bandits as well, Please contact us, so that we may stand together and bring down these SCAM BANDITS FOR GOOD.
