Wanted to complain about ww parking lot inc. On 00:00 8/23 i have decided to use a parking space of this company in Minneapolis. Once I came back 2 hours later, my car was towed away, although I have filled in the envelope and sealed it with my number plate and a model of the car and have put them into a yellow box provided at the gates (as was
required in an accordance to the rules). Calling
the owners wasn't helpful, as their reply was
that I haven't paid the fee. They simply said, that
they haven't seen my envelope in the box
provided. Now the company wants to charge
me a fee of over $220 for towing the car. Will
not use that parking again and wouldn't
recommend it to anyone. Apparently that's a
new company and from the complaints I have
read, it's not the first time they do it to the
