Fraudulent. Stay away...
They harassed us. This moving company is complete torture.
We were moving from North Wales, Pennsylvania to Plainsboro, NJ, merely 50 miles, but it was a horrible experience.
We decided on 10 AM on Saturday, but they came at 7 PM. Then they finished packing at 12 AM.
Then they said they could not deliver today and would keep our things in storage, and they charged $400.
They said they would deliver on Sunday at 10 AM. I was waiting at the new apartment from 10 AM, but they didn't come. When I called, they gave reasons such as the truck breaking down. When I called again, they said they would come between 2 and 3 PM, but they didn't arrive. When I called, they said they were in Maryland and would come between 5 and 7 PM. Then they arrived at 7:30 PM and demanded $3200 cash on Sunday evening. When I said that I did not have that, he closed the truck door and went away, and they charged $400 for night storage.
The driver and moving crew were very arrogant and aggressive. If we opened our mouths to say something, he closed the doors of the truck and threatened to leave.
These people moved our household items over 2 days in different states, and charged us $3000 for only 50 miles. Initially they gave an estimate of $1000.
Don't use this mover.
