If I could rate this company -0 stars in a review, they would deserve it. They towed my vehicle out of my parking lot because they thought the parking pass that was on my vehicle was fraudulent.
Then, when I went to pick up my car the parking pass was missing, they had gone into my vehicle and removed my parking pass which is personal property so that they could send it to the association!
Since when was a towing company allowed to break into a owned vehicle and STEAL personal property? The answer is, they aren't allowed to do that, they are breaking the law. I will be filing a complaint with the ICC and spreading the word about this horrible "company" that steals from the victims that are helpless when their cars are towed.
