I was in an accident with a ACCC insurance policy holder and he was at fault.
Trying to get them to pay for my lost has been a nightmare. It one thing to another, all i get is they waiting for more information about the incident, but i fax the report. There client got a ticket and court date, what else do they really need but try not to pay, it been a month and my car was adjusted two week ago, so what there agenda.
