I rented a 26' truck with an Appliance Dolly and 2 doz. Furniture pads that were sealed in a bags. When I returned everything... I did not use 1 doz. Of the furniture pads and the bags were still sealed!!! They said per company policy they cannot refund my money! I will not use Uhaul again and I will not recommend them either. If you don't open the merchandise you should get your money back!!!
