First time unhappy customer - Truck Return Charges

I have just rented a uhaul and dropped the 10' truck off today at the Washington avenue, Houston, Texas location. We returned the truck with the dolly which was provided. We have just been charged for the dolly as there have stated the dolly was missing, which I can assure you it was not.
