I bought a TV from groupon recently. It was a very good deal so I though it will be worth the wait. It took them three weeks to deliver the package. When I opened it, tv was broken. Packaging was very poorly done. I was really disappointed. When I called the groupon customer service, they offered me $10 groupon bucks as a compensation. I was like really? For a $800 tv that was sitting in my living room useless and taking up all the space, I am offered $10 groupon bucks. On top of that I have to ship them back that huge tv to get my refund. So not worth it!
