They could not find my home. Called me. I returned call. She wanted direcitons to my home because they cannot find the place. All she had to do is look on a GPS device, Google Maps, etc. I said nothing. I said I will look it up on Google Maps and give you directions. I was at my ocmputer. As I typed the address in and pulled up the directions - she asked me how long I had lived there and said I do not nderstand why you cannot give me directions. I said I am going to give youu directions - she retorted - but if you have lived there for 6 months - why do you need to look it up. I asked her how that was going to help her deliver the package to me.instead of backing down - she said oonce again - I just do not understand why you need to look up the directions. I asked her who her manager is she repeated 3 times - I am the manager - I said who is your manager - she said I am the manager - I said who is your manager - and we went through this another time or two and then she spelled her managers name and said he would not be in until tomorrow and I said - I will call him and give him the directions. She told me that would be best. Are you kidding me?
