Ford motor company
2011 fiesta

Ought the 2011 fiesta from pegues-hurstford in longview, tx. After test driving yaris, fit, and aveo. Fell in love with the fiesta and went to the bank and got the money. Called the salesman to tell him I was coming in after work to buy the car. He said he would call me back when it was ready. Three days later w/o a call I finally went down there with the check thinking they did't want to sell me the car for whatever reason. I was then informed the salesman quit the previous week. They said they would find me another sales man and he took the check and did the paperwork. I now had my dream car. About three months later i noticed a 6 inch crack in the corner of the windshield. Never hit anything. 2 months after that i noticed a wind noise and turned to see the rear window gasket dangling inside the car. Took it into dealer and they said they had to order the part. A week later they called and said the part was in so i scheduled the repair. Took off work and went down there and they said they were sorry but they had to order the glue. Another week or so and they called and said the glue was in so i went in and got the gasket replaced. About 1 month later the panel that the hatchback rests on fell off. Called dealer and told them what happened and they asked me every detail about the car and then told me to bring it in. When i did the service people looked at me and said they didn't have the part in stock and it would have to be ordered. 2 weeks later got that fixed. So far 3 minor problems, 2 repairs after 7 trips and 6 hrs waiting. They said they would make me a good deal on tires when i got ready. Always got my oil changed there so a year or so later they recommended tires for the car, but they would have to be ordered. Went back a week later and had the tires put on and when they brought me the car there was an amber lite on the dash indicating low tire pressure. Had to turn around and go back and wait to have that reset. About 3 wks ago i'm on my way to work and the transmission disengaged as if in neutral (its an automatic). I coasted into a convience store and called my husband. He said he would come get me but try to get it to the ford dealer. Before he got there it "clunked" and went into gear. Made it to the dealer and they said they would check it out and i told them i had to have something to drive to get to work and the service dept said they didn'thave anything but i could wait 30-45 min when "angela" got there and maybe she would have something. She did, and they kept my car about 1 day and called and said it was ready. I went and picked it up on a friday, didn't drive it saturday, went to pick up my grandkids on sunday, got 1 mile from the house and it jumped out of gear again. Waited about 15-20 minutes and it clunked again so i went back home. Bear in mind this is texas and its about 100 degrees. Took it back to the dealer and they said they would take another look at it. They didn't have a loaner but they had a truck i could drive that says its getting 16.5mpg so i had to take it. That was mon june 24th. I called back on tuesday june 25 to get a car and was told "there is nothing available. I have not heard from them since. Nocall no e-mail, no"we have to order more parts, NOTHING. Less than 43,000 mi on my fiesta. So let me ask you... Would you go back? Thank you for your time, deanna rose. 7/7/13
