MMC2 - Motor Car Concepts fraud, ripoff, lemon vehicle, failure to change tag, insurance, not pay off balance of car loan

On October 16th I traded in my 1999 Chrysler Concorde for a 2000 Honda Accord. I was hoping to get a more reliable car and I knew Hondas were good cars. After 3 days of owning the car the battery died. MCC replaced the battery "under warranty" and gave the car back to me. On 11/05 the SRS light turned on and since MCC could not repair the car themselves they brought the car to Courtesy Honda in Sanford to have it repaired. They never notified me of this and my son had to call all the Honda dealerships in the area to find out where they took it (the mechanics do not speak good english and are very hard to understand)

On 11/22 the SRS and the check engine light turned on. The windows even started to make a grinding noise. I figured I would bring the car to Honda because MCC2 would of had to bring it to them anyway to have the SRS components looked at again and to save myself the hassel of them loosing my car again. It ended up the O2 sensor in the car was bad, the two front window regulators needed to be replaced, and the faulty seatbelts (which were causing the SRS lights to come on) had to be replaced again. I had to rent a vehicle to have all these repairs done and went to MCC2 to see if they would cover part of the bill since the car was still under their warranty. I even asked them to give me a replacement vehicle because I felt this one was a lemon and they said it couldn't be done. That bill cost me over $1,500 dollars.

In December the battery that Motor Car Concepts put in the vehicle did not keep it's charge and died on me about 3-4 different times. (I had to call AAA twice). My son called Motor Car Concepts and he asked them to send someone out for a jump start, they said the car was no longer covered under their warranty and that if we brought the car in to the dealership they would look at the battery, that was a joke because the car was in the driveway dead.

I brought the car back in Honda recently had them look it over, because I was too pissed at MCC2 to bring it to them. The battery they put in was not only just OLD but it was the wrong size and NOT MADE for Honda Accords. The battery terminals were too small for the battery cables and could be taken off with a simple pull. The SRS light turned on AGAIN. And when I had Honda do an inspection of my vehicle it turns out it was in rear end collision I was not told of. I have a feeling that this is the reason that the SRS lights keep turning on. Motor Car Concepts gave me a CARFAX report and it said the car was free of any accidents. My Honda technician even told me I could have to have the wires replaced in the car since the battery shorted everything so much. The last bill was about $600.00 dollars.

I owed about 7,000 dollars left on my Chrysler. They gave me a trade in value of 4,000 and they said the payoff difference was about 3,000 dollars. I put 3,000 down on the Accord so technically the Chrysler should of been paid off. MCC2 never paid off my previous loan of 7,000 dollars and since it was under my name I AM STILL RESPONSIBLE for it. I was getting deliquency notices for non-payment and I even had someone come by to have the Chrysler reposessed. Whenever a dealer trades in the car they have to pay it off.

I am on disability and this is not the only things I've had happened while owning this car. This is fraud and think everyone should get together to have some action done against this dealership.

If anyone has had any problems with this company or could help me with this problem please contact me!
