A couple times my brother or father would order something it would be delivered through USPS. We've missed packages a lot of the time when we were home. We never heard a doorbell ring & we'd go downstairs to get the mail later only to find a missed package notice in our mailbox. Today was what got me to write this review. My doorbell rings & I look out the window, I see a mailman cart & assume its the mailman. I buzz the person in & wait for them to deliver it to my door like it was done before, but the person repeatedly rings the doorbell & never comes to the door. I get my keys & go downstairs only to see an old mail woman, complaining about waiting for me. I tell her they usually come upstairs & deliver it & she yells saying that we have to come downstairs for it. Not only was she rude, but do you think anyone would want to spend money for shipping & handling, only to have to go down flights of steps in their pajamas at random hours of the day for their package? She was insanely rude & grumpy, she didn't need to yell at me like that. H
