I ordered flowers for my Mother for Mother's Day through Pro Flowers international. The florist they chose was Bloomex in Winnipeg, MB. I had my niece take a picture of the bouquet since I couldn't be there to see them first hand and see that they were what I had ordered.
I understand that everything can't be exactly like the picture and that substitutions have to be made, but I do expect the subtitions to be similar and definitely expect the finished product to be of equal value. I paid $60 for a bouquet (not including tax and international fee) and the bouquet they delivered I could have bought at a grocery store for $15 and it wasn't anywhere close to what I had ordered. I have called and left several messages and no one has returned my call. I would NOT recommend this place and I will be spreading the word not to use an outfit like PRO FLOWERS, go directly to the florists website and do it your self.
