I was very disappointed with the way the manager treated us regarding our furniture. We bought this kitchen cabinet on december 26 and they told us it will be delivered by february 13, but unfortunately due to it was not available as they misplaced our order, then at that time they told us that they will have the cabinet delivered by may 4.. It was estimates, but they never followed up or called us regarding our order also it is again being re-scheduled to be delivered that to approximated by june, if we haven't called them then they would have never told us that our order will be late.
And the manager was very rude regarding this, even though he apologized but he made us feel that we as a customer is not important and our complaint wont be regarded as big just because they are multi-billion company and one customer complain doesn't matter... I mean is this the way customer are treated just because we purchased $400 worth of cabinet, He was extremely rude and was not even regarding our complaint seriously i mean we waited 6 month for the cabinet

I mean they should follow up the order and should inform us that but they never did and the manager was extremely rude its not the way to treat. Customer. The manager name is Hardy from Calgary store in Sunridge. I swear he should be fired
