The Brick - Sunridge location and worst customer service - Furniture

I bought living room and bedroom furniture from The Brick, 3451 Sunridge Way NE, Calgary location. They charged me more than the actual amount. It took me over 2 months to fix it. I went to the store 4 times, every time I was told it would be done, but never happened. I talked to Operations Manage, Mr Mika Dragoescu, later I sent him emails. But no resolution. Finally yesterday I went again and got it done. I bought many things and that's why I was keeping track of the total amount. But what if I wouldn't have done it? Thats how they charge people and make profit? And why did I have to spend so much time on this simple issue.
Its not the end, they send me a broken chair, then they replace it, send me another one with no hardware to assemble it. So I had to run to the store again.
Finally, its been over 2 months I placed my order. I'm still waiting for my Ottoman to be delivered. It was a set with sofa. While placing the order, none mentioned that it's not in the stock. They just mentioned it while delivering the Sofa. But they said it would be one more week. That one week is now over 2 months.
Most importantly they dont even regret about it, no sorry. Mr. Mika has no courtesy to say sorry for any convenience that his store make to this customer. I wont ever go there, I wont suggest anyone to go there.
