I was searching on line for a beautiful bouquet for my best friend's father in law who passed away and i came across Bloomex.
I searched thier website and was very impressed with thier collection and flowers that was shown. After purchasing a bouquet that i was expecting to be beautiful and full delivered with the cheapest flowers and not the colour i ordered. I ordered a blue bouquet and the bouquet only had 1 blue flower. Disgusting! When my best friend sent me the picture of the bouquet, i couldn't believe it. I called Bloomex right away and they're response was that they have the right to subsitute any flowers they choose. This almost $90.00 bouquet looked like i picked it myself from my garden. I was so embarassed that everyone there said it looked like i spend not more than $20.00. Never Again will i use this website. Awful company, False Advertisement
