No good

I ordered online valentines flowers from Wesley Berry four days in advance of February 14th. The firm promptly debited my bank account for the purchase. On valentines day no flowers were delivered and no communication from Wesley Berry was received to indicate that a problem had been incurred. Sloppy, inattentive and uncaring are a few of the adjectives that spring to mind in description of this less-than-thorough business.
