I orderd a stone n bug deflector for my 2013 avalanche I did not like the fit it protruded and looked very ugly. I call to return the item and was told that I can return the item but the expense of shipping will be on me so it was $15 for shipping to me that they charged me and it will cost me approximately $20 to ship it back. They They said that it was on me to ship it back and that's the way it is my thoughts are you should go to a store and purchase the item because if you need to return it you can return it and avoid shipping costs you lose money with these people stay away. Customer service is not there there priority the products are not that extreme that you should purchase them.
