So Completely Unhappy with AMEX - American Express

Gosh. Were to start. First, my son tried to purchase game points online, but the address attached to my card was different than the one he was using. I logged into my AMEX account twice to make sure we were using the correct address and THREE times it was declined for wrong address. When I called AMEX they told me that I changed my address as a user, but not as a purchaser... What the... So they changed it for me. They still charged my card for the decline three times... At $25 each time... Totaling $75 then proceeded to tell me that I have to wait 8 days for it to be reversed... Next, I had an emergency and needed to get $300 cash they said they had to western union it? And it would take 1-3 hours... 5 hours later and I am still sitting here waiting for the MTCN number to go and pick up the funds... My daughter is stranded in the desert on her way to Vegas and will not tow her car unless she has cash to pay for it... And its 7:00 pm now, and I'm not any closer to getting the funds than I was 5 hours ago. I guess CUSTOMER SERVICE doesn't matter to AMEX anymore... Everyone I have spoken to is in INDIA, and the service is piss pour at best... After this, I will NEVER USE AMEX AGAIN... I am done... They don't seem to care about customers at all anymore, so they will no longer get my hard earned money... I will take it elsewhere...
