I spoke with a customer rep Madelaine and arranged delivery for Friday 25-Jan. I received an order # and a phone # to call to arrange for product assembly service. We had a nice, professional chat. I stayed home from work on Friday to receive the delivery... No delivery as of 5:30PM. I called only to find out that I'm scheduled for Saturday delivery. Madelaine denied speaking with me and denied making the arrangements. I was passed on to her boss Barbara who proceeded to explain that no compensation is available for my having wasted a day awaiting for a delivery that wasn't coming. According to Barbara, her boss Valerie was not available and that the company does not have voice mail to leave Valerie a message. Bottom line, JB Hunt offers no compensation for wasting my day.in reading the remainder of the reviews here, I will ask in the future if JB Hunt is involved and request a more professionally run service instead.
