I bought 4 phones from a company in Spain Called Qoz Electronics Limited which also have bad service! They used this delivery company to get my phones to me. Then when the day came for delivery they put a hold on my package and the next day they were asking me for a demurrage fe of 600.00 USD!!!
I was left in my house waiting for my package that day and they never came. Never payed the fee, never received anything in the end costing me to lose 810.00 USD... That I will never get back.
