Took day off work to await delivery of appliance that JB Hunt said would be delivered between 10:45-2:45pm. When I was finally able to speak with them after repeated phone calls and messages that they failed to answer - was told that delivery wasn't going to happen. Tried to blame me - quot;Oh, you must have missed the driver's phone call". Um-yeah-NOT!!! Against my better judgement, had my daughter set up a second attempt at delivery for two days later. JB Hunt managed to screw that up, too. Will NEVER purchase anything that is remotely related to this company. Absolutely, bar-none, the WORST customer service I have ever experienced!!!
