I recently purchased a treadmill fro Nordic Track. The product was shipped via truck by JB Hunt. I tracked the product through their tracking system which was very good. JB Hunt called to schedule delivery on December 3rd between the hours of 1:45 and 5:45.in fact, I was called via an automated system to verify the delivery.in fact, according to system, the product was out for delivery at 7:30 AM. I took the afternoon off from work and waited patiently. At 4:30, a manager from JB called to say the delivery would not be coming because the truck was stuck in traffic. I asked to speak with his manager and he sent me into phone neverland.
I called the toll free number and asked if I could schedule for the next morning and was told that I could not because the next days deliveries were already on the truck. I find that hard to believe since the truck that had my treadmill was stuck in traffic.
The person on the phone said I should schedule in the morning.
