I booked my trip for travel to florida on 4-24-09, hotel & car taking out their insurance in case of emergency... I found that my mother was rushed to emergency the night before i planned to travel and subsequently cancelled the trip with hotwire, who emailed me forms to fill out and submit to accessamerica (third party) what hotwire.com don't tell u that if u if u cancel u get jerked and have to wait a minumum of 7-10 days to get reimbursed, if your lucky... Besides the fact that hotwire.com is unsympathetic to my situation they are also misrepresenting themselves by not disclosing the jerked process of filing a claim. Hotwire.com great prices on hotels, horrible on service! I'll pay double the price to deal with honest people, i feel like i was ripped off by hotwire.com ripped off by hotwire.com
