You have ruined our Christmas! My wife bought my present in plenty of time and you've lost it. I bought my oldest son's present on the 15th, and the company said you notified them that you have also lost that. I sent our middle son's family their box (for which I paid over $108) on the 14th, and it never reached them. My wife is in tears. Is this what happens when the unions get "their" election?
