Green Automotive Company uses false advertising and promisses, thereby making investors purchase restricted stocks, with the SEC automatic regulation supporting removal of the restriction after holding the stocks 12 months.
It has been more than 2 years since I purchased my stocks and with monthly phone calls, voicemails, emails and 2 certified letter, I have yet to get any response from the anyone at Green Automotive Company. Their address appears to be nothing more than a mailbox at a Newport Beach executive office.
Green Automotive Company does not produce or sell anything. If you research history, you will find that the Zotye vehicle should have begun selling in November of according to Green Automotive Company. However nothing are being imported or sold and Zotye is mentioning nothing about Green Automotive Company on their website or any plans on selling automobiles to the US Market.
