I and my wife have placed MANY orders with this company. We were very happy. We felt more secure with each order and eventually started placing orders in the $1,000's of dollars. To make a long story short, Cyberrebate has started claiming that they have not received SEVEN of my rebate forms sent in Feb.
They claim to not have received 1 from my wife. I had placed several orders in Feb, and sent over 18 enveloped—7 Cyberrebate claims never arrived.
I do not believe USPS lost 8 of our mailed rebate forms. After much emailing and phonecalling (and being encouraged not to overreact prior to Apr 15th), I eventually was instructed that I could resubmit my photocopies to them.
I sent my SEVEN REBATE FORMS A SECOND TIME... These certified; Apr 4th. Cyberrebate claims never to have received these yet either. I am to believe that USPS has now lost 15 of our rebate forms??? USPS INQUIRY TRACKING NUMBER: A00000128529-00000499707 states Cyberrebate HAS INDEED RECEIVED the certified rebate forms.
I have informed Cyberrebate of the USPS tracking number in my most recent emails and phone calls. "Someone will contact you in 24 to 72 hours" seems to be the favorite response of late. I have yet to be called. Emails are canned responses... Often asking me to send in the information AGAIN!!!
I am looking to be out about $1,500.00 if the issue goes unresolved. Today is the last day for my rebate forms. Though I have sent in TWO sets... One set certified and verified as received... Still my rebate status is "awaiting submission" and tomorow may say "expired;" and I may be out about $1,500.00... I am an unhappy camper.
