Mary and Vaughn Paul sold me a $700 HHO system and it does not work, will not return calls or emails all of a sudden. I have a told them it does not work for the last six months. Have asked for a refund several times. I have to call them from different phone numbers just to get them to answer. The fuel/O2 does not work!
