We purchased several ATV just before Christmas - After several false tracking numbers and false information we received them - Only not what we ordered - The colors were wrong-
So Benjamin Vaughn states he will send new plastic - It takes over 6 weeks to get - once again after false tracking and misleading information-
NEXT - The ATV's start having problems - Well the warranty is for 6 months - BENJAMIN VAUGHN CAN NOT SUPPLY PARTS TO KEEP ATVS RUNNING
We have an ATV that was purchased in Dec and that has been in the shop since Dec 27-28th and he can not supply the parts - States that I NEED TO CONTACT The manufacter - Well they state that BENAJMIN VAUGHN HAS TO BUY PARTS_
I have conatcted my lawyer the addresses provided are not good and only go to a warehouse and inlaws to serve papers-
I am now conatcting the FBI for fraudlent internet procedures.
I would stay away from this company_ big ripoff dishonest peopel_ benjamin vaughn needs to refund money or supply new atv and cant he has nothing_ but a few years in prison will do fine_
