On March 17, I had caught two flat tires on the interstate in Richmond, VA. A VA State Police Officer road by the scene after it happened, and offered some assistance. He suggested calling a towing company from his radio dispatcher. They slected a company called Custom Crusin, INC. 3614 Mechanicsville Tpk. Richmond, VA 23223. (804) 228-cars. This company towed my vehicle about 15 miles to their impound. I went to pick-up my vehicle the next day and they charge me $480.00. I was not aware of the companies $250.00 per hour charge for labor, and $20.00 a day storage fee. As of today March 21 the total balance is $720.00. This company is a very big rip-off, I will be taking them to Small Claims Court asap. And my insurance company will only pay up to $55.00 upon my receipt.
