Honda Excel
They tried lying to me, and stealing from me

So all my family has a honda and all of them have been bought at Excel.

6 months after i got a civic 2008 (it was in 2012), my radiator blew a week after i got my oil changed at honda excel. I got it towed to Honda and they told me it was not covered and wanted to charge me 100$ just to see what the problem was, i told them its simple the radiator needs to be changed it blew. They told me the radiator has a hole in it made by a tool or such, last people to have touched my car was them, after much arguing i got the 100$ fee waived. Next day the Morgan Brooks calls me to tell me it would cost 990$ plus tax, i almost shat my pants. I called my insurance and they did cover the repairs plus offered me a rental for 4 days for 250$ franchise.

When the inspector went to inspect the work he said all in all it should not cost more than 470$ all in all and that is the price the insurance paid. They wanted to make 500$ profit on my back for no reason.

The same day my mom was at the same garage with her brand new CR-Z which had minor repairs on it after a fender bender, all this at the same garage. This was the third time she was there after her car had been repaired, first time because they shipped paint on the back of the car. This time she was there because the drivers door did not open. After inspection Honda told her that someone had played in it with a screw driver and broke something, it was honda who had worked on her car a week before and now they did not want to repair it for free. After much debating and 5 days without a car she got told it still covered by the warranty. The object in question costs 40$.

To continue on a chronological evolution: we are 2 weeks after my radiator got changed and now my transmission is skipping and my dash board looks like a Christmas tree (i think my car is in the holly-days mood). Yet again the last people to have touched my honda is Honda Excel. If they are not willing to pay for this i'm considering legal actions against them.
