I've been already dismissed from O'Charleys after employed by the organization simply over 2 yrs. Where moment I acquired no write ups for my performance or conduct. I had been dismissed for "mishandling organization resources". The situations under consideration occurred 8 weeks before I had been ended while a person published a for $100 but desired the cash back for herself. I really could not approach the deal myself but instead the supervisor needed to agree the total amount and operate the charge card. Consequently weeks later I'm fired for an event that just the supervisor might agree. Once the new supervisor required around I had been informed to not try it again since it is against business plan. Obviously it never occurred again but I'm today dismissed and can't look for a work. I've recently acquired unemployment payment however now risk sacrificing every revenue since OCharleys has appealed your decision produced by the unemployment office. I've experimented with contact the Recruiting Division at OCharleys many times and also have remaining messages but no body has named me back again to clarify why and just how it's feasible for me to obtain dismissed for anything merely a supervisor might agree.
