While shopping at KMART conatcted a clerk to inquire about a products location. She said in a rude tone its located in electronics. I went to electronics and found 6 customers in line with only on clerk. Whn i went to check out there were only three cashiers open and nearly 20 customers in line. There is no excuse for customers to have to wait in line that long. The Taft store customer service... Stinks.
