I recently tried to return an cellular card. I was told that they are nonreturnable. She claimed there was a sign. I told her I did not see a sign. I wanted to talk to manager. The so called nasty manager was tall guy with smirk on his face. He told me it was there policy he could not do anything.
Well I called back and the so called assistant mgr. I she would let me speak. She kept on interupting.
If you shop at kmart. They have gotten nasty. I won't be back. I just cancelled my internet service with them.
A complaint goes into the Attorney General's office consumer protection division and the Federal Trade Commission.
I will also be picketing their store. I will cost them customers. I will cost them a thousand customers.
I do not want to hear from kmart supporters. You probably work for stinky kmart and I could careless what you have to say.
If you want to whine about how great kmart is. Do your own report. I will not respond.
