After seeing multiple commercials and print advertisements, I decided to take advantage of a deal throught Kmart... The offer was for a free starter kit with the purchase of a Nintendo DSi. The ad stated that the offer was good until December 12th, so I went to the Livonia location on December 9th. After waiting in line for more than 25 minutes with one person working in the electronics department at noontime, I was told that you were out of the starter kits and that there was nothing they could do... Every location is out of these kits, yet at of December 10th at 10;20P.M., the commercial is still airing... Not only am I upset that you were out of the advertised product, but that the store did NOTHING to accomodate me... I will not be shopping at Kmart any longer.
