Hi, I am a mateince man at North Belt hwy Mc Donald's in Saint Joseph MO. Today my son that is 6 and I went to get my paycheck. I was there at 2:00 P.M. My boss Kristy came up to my son and I screaming at me in front of fellow employees and customers wondering why I was behind the counter getting my pay check with my regular clothes on and also was screaming that I was not allowed to be there with my regular clothes and I need to have my work uniform on. She was very rude and did it in a unprofessional way to talk to an employee.
