I have visited this store several times, each time thinking the experience might be better. Have you ever entered a public place, going there for one reason, coming out wondering why you were there to begin with? Well this is the McDonald's to take you away. I have never seen a McDonald's with such a rude, distasteful environment. My asessment is that the dysfunction is coming from the top management, including the owner, if that is the tall baby faced man who never speaks to the employees like they are robots and lets his manager, if, that is the short chubby lady who has issues with yelling and screaming at the employees like they are in need of battery changes. I have seen the lower level people try to satisfy situations, actually see a customer smiling for this only to hear the "boss" belittle them, hurry them up, tell them they will lose next week's hours. Call them stupid. One time she said she worked with all retards and he let her say it and get away with it. These are mothers, fathers and your children they are speaking of. I took my children there last week, they have Ice Age toys and wanted to exchange toys for some they didn't have. A mother/grandmother age lady helped us, the kids were thrilled someone gave them special attention and not just a box of food. Mary or Marlne was on her tag. I don't want to embarass her but I give her credit for being solid and not melting before the screams. She went to check on the toys, another older balding man was yelling at her, asking her what she was doing and grabbed the toys out of her hands in front of my children. She explained to him what she was doing and he said well who is it, lets see who it is. He looked at us and said well ok, he went to hand them to me and I said no thats ok and went to leave. He said here you wanted them, by now my children are staring at this monster.in the mean time in comes the chubby lady with screaming thoughts of lazy employees who are pigs. Come on, I will not return for along time and I certainly don't understand what is wrong with the owner. No self respect gives his employees what? I felt bad for that lady that day but somehow I think she will be okay. I don't know why I think that but she sure must know McDonald's is family after all she was determined this family was going to be satisfied if she could do it. I heard another chubby manager scream at one employee her job would be in trouble when she cut her hours. There is issues that need to be resolved and rules to be made not made up as they go then that tall man might just might have himself a business.
