In august of we were informed that our payment was late to Ocwen. Ocwen had purchased our 2nd mortage form Aurora home loans. We were never informed or ask.
It has been down hill since. On Feb we recieved a bill for 1564 which was paid, onlly 1341.32 was accredited to the account. Then in Mar we paid 900.00 for 670.66 payment, plus 100 returned check fees and 33.53 x2 for late fees. We were accredited for 675.32. Now they have charged us for a foreclosure fee of 500. Plus the payment fee. It took hour on the phone to find out what the 500. Legal fee was and he had no explaintion of were the other monies were applied or what we were deluqinent in and said he could not dicuss it because it was in process.
